Funky, artistic New Hope in Bucks County always promises to surprise us with beautiful landscapes, fascinating shops and interesting people. The village of New Hope looks over the Delaware River and is joined to Lambertville, N.J. with a bridge for cars and pedestrians. Many people enjoy the art galleries, antique shops, and unique restaurants as well as a stroll along the towpath of the Pennsylvania Canal. We joined our camera friends from the Chester County Camera Club for a day in New Hope in autumn. There are some quite bizarre displays in store windows, and as Halloween was approaching, there were numerous displays of creepy dolls and mannequins.
